Special Notice: Orders placed January 21-30 will not be processed or shipped until January 31. This means that you might not receive your book(s) until approximately February 4 if you order with upgraded shipping (Priority Mail) or until about February 10 if you use the default shipping method (Media Mail). If you urgently require a copy before then, you may check your bookstore or Amazon.com. We apologize for any inconvenience.

5. The default shipping method via this form is either by USPS Media Mail (to US addresses) or USPS International Priority Mail (to foreign addresses). In either case, allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. For U.S. destinations ONLY, you have the option of upgrading shipping to USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 3-5 business days after submission of your order. The added charge will be a flat fee of $4.00 per shipment plus $2.00 per book in the shipment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FOREIGN CUSTOMERS: Orders shipped to foreign addresses may be subject to local duties and taxes. We cannot predict the amount that may be charged by your customs office. All additional duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot give credits or refunds in cases where a shipment is abandoned in customs due to unpaid duties.
